In accordance with paragraph 261 of the Protocol on the Application of Special

protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures against third parties

countries (Appendix No. 8 to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union

May 29, 2014) Department for the Protection of the Internal Market of the Eurasian

Economic Commission informs that the Board of the Eurasian Economic

Commission on March 29, 2022 decided to postpone the start of application

anti-dumping measure against graphite electrodes occurring

from the People's Republic of China and imported into the customs territory

of the Eurasian Economic Union, as of October 1, 2022
